In the Premium Plan, if you have not started the submission process of any of the 24 assessments included in ContentPro 24, you have the option of seeking 60% refund within 14 days of the payment. After 14 days, no refund shall be applicable. Once the first set of Q&A/ feedback sessions is started, all the 24 workshops must be completed within 6 months. However, if you choose to start the workshops at a later date, then the 6 months duration will be started from that particular date onwards. An email requesting this revision will be mandatory within 14 days of making the payment.

We provide 2 (two) sets of personalized, detailed feedback on every practical assignment project to ensure learners understand how to improve their work. The first set of feedback is provided by our internal quality team once we receive the first version of the assignment solution. The learner is expected to provide or to submit the second improved version of the solution, on the basis of which we provide the second set of detailed feedback for future improvements.
