REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • – Writoholic reserves the right to change the policy from time to time.
  • – Before making the transactions, we encourage our buyers to read and share the T&C documents carefully
  • – In the Policy, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”, stands for Writoholic Pvt.Ltd. whereas, “You” , & “Your” denotes the clients. This policy encompasses all the rules that we follow to provide you with the most streamlined content development and delivery process.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. We provide refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below:

    • Refund and Cancellation Request: An order with more than a 96-hour deadline can be canceled by the client within the first 24 hours of payment. In such cases, 90% of the payment will be refunded. An order cannot be canceled if the delivery deadline is below 96 hours. In such cancellation requests, the refund amount (if applicable as per the sole discretion of Writoholic) or No Refund will be purely at the discretion of the Writoholic administration.
    • An order cannot be canceled on the basis of quality-related shortcomings. In such cases, the client can mention or list the shortcomings and as per the evaluation done by the internal quality team, all justified revision requests will be handled or completed or looked at accordingly.
    • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
    • A refund request can be made if Writoholic does not deliver any content writing services deliverables beyond 48 hours of the mutually agreed upon delivery time without any prior notice or request. In such cases, the full amount is expected to be refunded minus the transaction fee.
    • Refund Process: Once the refund request is approved and the refund amount is confirmed by the Writoholic team, it will be executed/processed within 2 business days and we will inform you about the mode or method of refunding the amount in our refund intimation/confirmation email.

The refund transaction can take a couple of days or weeks based on your banks’ transfer processing timeline, or the payment gateways used by us to execute the process.
