REVISION POLICY

At Writoholic, client satisfaction is a top priority. We offer a flexible revision policy to ensure that the final content aligns with your expectations. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our revision process.

  • Number of Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to three (3) free justified revisions for any content piece delivered. These revision requests must be based on the original, mutually agreed project brief and do not include substantial changes originating from any changes to the scope or objectives of the project.
  • Justified revisions: Justified revisions are all those revisions that are in perfect alignment with the mutually agreed upon scope and the project brief provided by the client while making the order.
  • Revision Scope: Revisions are only applicable if they pertain to the original instructions. Any new revision requests or changes that are made based on scope changes to the initial brief will be treated as additional services, requiring additional billing and deadline as per the discretion of the Writoholic team.
  • Revision Time Frame: All revision requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the final deliverable. Beyond this timeframe, any further revisions will be subject to additional charges.
  • Revision Delivery: We will communicate the required revision deadlines to the client and will proceed accordingly, depending on the complexity of the changes. Urgent revisions or any revision requests where the timeframe requested by the client is less than the revision deadline requested by Writohholic can be accommodated but may incur a rush fee.
  • Limitations: Free revisions will not be provided in cases where the client changes the original brief after the content has been delivered. Significant deviations from the original instructions will be treated as a new order.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our delivery policy ensures that all content is provided within the agreed timeframe and in the format specified by the client. Here’s how it works:

  • Delivery Deadline: The applicable deadline is mutually set or decided based on the initial consultation before and after the order is processed or the payment is done. This is because both consultations involve a discussion about the scope of the task and various other accompanying details, therefore the mutual agreement of the deadline before and after the payment is important.
  • While setting the deadline during the initial consultation stage (before or after the order is placed), we also set a specific time and date that is to be adhered to when providing the deliverables.
  • If any changes are advised by the client after agreement on the scope of the task then Writoholic reserves the right to change the deadline accordingly.
  • Milestones: Writoholic is committed to delivering content within the deadlines discussed during the project initiation. We always strive to meet or exceed your expectations in terms of both quality and timeliness. The milestones are also pre-decided in the initial consultation phase, on mutual agreement, which happens before and after the order is placed.
  • Meeting or achieving the deadline: We meet almost all of our set deadlines; however, unavoidable circumstances can come due to which we might fail to meet them.
  • Primary Delivery Thread: For ease of understanding and tracking, we create a Unique Delivery thread, to streamline each type of order individually. This is to assemble the actual instructions of the task which are mutually agreed upon between the client and Writoholic through another email thread or other channels of communication. We request the clients maintain these unique threads for each and every unit of delivery.
  • Delivery Order Code: For each unit of delivery (For example, if you have booked 5 blogs with us then each blog is 1 unit of delivery) a unique order code is made for which a unique thread is created.
  • Client Delays: If the client fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or resources in a timely manner, Writoholic cannot be held responsible for delays. Any delay caused by the client will extend the project’s deadline proportionally.
  • Delivery Format: Content is typically delivered via email or a shared cloud platform such as Google Drive, in a format agreed upon with the client (e.g., Word, PDF). If you have specific formatting requests, they must be communicated upfront.
  • Non-Delivery: In the rare case that Writoholic is unable to deliver the content within the agreed-upon timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified immediately, and either a refund or a new deadline will be arranged.
